Lakaja water tourism route

It is a three-day 70 km long water route through the most beautiful lakes in the Labanoras forest and the Lakaja River, almost untouched by civilisation . Along the way, it is worth stopping at the Rudesa St. John's Baptist Chapel, built in the second half of 18th century, Mindūnai Observation Tower, Ščiurys Peninsula, Double-Stem Pine, Joniškė Linden, Baltagalis and Argirdiškė Pine, Kertuoja Mound. It is convenient to start the trip in Molėtai on the shore of Lake Pastovis, and end it in Liūlinė, at the confluence of the Lakaja and Žeimena rivers. Overnight tents can be set up at campsites on the lake Juodieji Lakajai and Lakaja river.
